

Overview:
Saul’s Vision and Walking on Water are two immersive VR experiences designed to place users inside moments of personal transformation. Built as part of the Bible For Real series, the experiences leverage first-person storytelling, world responsive environments, and emotionally timed interactions to create deep narrative immersion.
In Walking on Water, players step into Peter’s shoes as he takes a leap of faith on stormy seas. In Saul’s Vision, they witness Saul’s blinding encounter on the road to Damascus, both experiences exploring trust, identity, and change through embodied interaction.
Role
Lead XR Designer & Producer
I led the creative vision, narrative structure, technical planning, and cross-functional coordination across both projects.
My Contributions
Narrative Design: Mapped emotional arcs, scripted dialogue, and storyboarded transformational beats.
Worldbuilding: Designed fog-laced and symbolic environments that respond to user progression.
Unity Development: Implemented key logic, transitions, and haptics alongside technical partners.
Audio Direction: Directed spatial audio, original score, and narration to heighten impact.
User Testing: Built test plans, facilitated sessions, and rapidly iterated for clarity and emotional resonance.
Production: Scoped features, managed timelines, and coordinated contractors across 3D, art, voice, and music.
